Super producer Psycho Les was born Lester Fernandez in the Bronx on April 10, 1970. His family later moved to Queens where he formed one half of the Beatnuts with partner JuJu in the early 1990's.

Psycho honed his skills as a youth watching neighborhood DJ's come up in the early days of hip hop. Inspired by what he heard he began an extensive record collection while working at the Music Factory in NYC. These records would eventually lay the ground work for what would later become some of his biggest hits.

Psycho and JuJu joined the influential hip hop collective Native Tounges where they were branded the Beatnuts and given their first record deal with Violator records. From there Psycho Les began his prolific career producing hits for Chi Ali, Fat Joe, Big Pun, Mos Def, Inspectah Dek, Method Man, the Lox, Sean Price, Jeru the Damaja and Cypress Hill and many more.

Psycho Les is considered one of the greatest hip hop producers in the industry. He continues to produce, tour, DJ, collaborate, and run his own record label Pit Fight Entertainment. Most importantly he continuously spreads his Psycho sounds to his loyal fans around the world.
